Strong & Stable is a 45 minute, Hatha Yoga & Functional fitness class that focuses on strengthening muscles, stabilizing joints, improving range of motion, balance and building core strength. Modifications for those with low bone density are included. Seated, standing, balancing, and twisting postures are explored. Props are utilized: light hand- weights, blocks and straps. Suitable for all levels. This is an online class via Zoom. If you can't make the scheduled class, register anyway and we'll send you a video recording of the class to use for 7 days.
