This class uses Satya  and other somatic practices, yoga asana, meditation and breath work to enhance and direct our vital life force energy.  We'll use props: mat, blocks, blankets, strap, bolster and sometimes a chair or a wall to stabilize and provide feedback within postures. This class is online via Zoom and will be recorded for later viewing for those who are not able to attend the Live Stream scheduled class and added to our Content Library.
