Start your Sunday with a dynamic 1-hr. Vinyasa flow that uses sun salutations, steady breathing,
and strengthening poses with a focus on alignment. We will move to a curated playlist in a safe
space to get you up and going for the day. Open to all students with some yoga experience
(down dog, plant, chaturanga, cobra/upward dog). Modifications and options for deepening
the poses are offered.
